Recurring injuries are often attributed to biomechanical deficit. These injuries will become persistant unless the underlying issue is addressed.
The biomechanical assessment is fundamental in determining the mechanical reason for your problem. An essential part of this, is understanding the problem you may present with.
As such, at sport orthotics the first thing we do is discuss and understand the problem before setting any goals or treatment plans.
