Return of goods policy
Authorisation for the return of any goods must be issued by the Sport Orthotics Customer Services
team.
Prior to goods being returned, please contact Customer services for a return reference
number.
Soiled, custom manufactured, modified or obsolete goods, or goods delivered more than 14 days
previously may not be returned. Goods accepted for return must be in resalable conditions, guaranteed infection free and in
the original packaging. Sport Orthotics reserves the right to charge delivery costs and / or a re-stocking fee of 20%
on returned goods.
Incorrect delivery
On receipt of the goods the customer is requested to check the consignment. In the unlikely
event that the type or quantity of goods is incorrect then you are required to notify our Customer services team within
seven working days of the date of delivery. After seven working days Sport Orthotics cannot accept responsibility for an alleged
incorrect delivery.
Single patient use
It is a Condition of Sale that any orthopaedic product purchased from Sport Orthotics is restricted to 'Single
Use Only' and intended for the individual the original order was placed. Any deviation from this
renders the goods non-returnable.
Any expressed or implied warranties are voided if the orthosis is re-used for another person or patient.
