Foot and ankle conditions

There are a variety of problems that occur around the feet and ankles, the role of this area of the body is vitally important to our ability to go about our daily lives or hobbies and sports that we enjoy.

Usually we only start to think about taking care of our feet once we realise there is already a problem.

It is very common for problems to occur in the feet and ankles and it is estimated that approximately 80% of the population have a foot postural problem which can result in some form of discomfort through our lives.
